So far most of the photos for the C.E's Department
come from my own collection and accompanying text is from my own recollections. The intention
is to give a personal flavour to these Personnel pages, in the hope that they might convey something
of employees perspectives of the Company.
I also hope that other ex-employees will forward their pictures and details of their time with AEC,
in order to give as broad a picture as possible. I do know of another member of the Society who took many
photographs within the Main Drawing Office, and probably further afield. This is a good place to share those
AEC days with others who still care about the place, its products and its people.
Currently there are twelve Main pages for this, the Chief Engineer's department, but it should be noted that
many of them are linked to Secondary pages via links given under a page's image.
Clicking on the image on a Main page will take you to the next Main page,
skipping the Secondary pages.
Clicking an image on a Secondary page will take you to further Secondary pages, or back
to the Main page if there are no others.
Besides this Personnel section of our Notebook, there is an associated Factory section, with photos and
details concentrating on the AEC plant and offices buildings.
