Here are some of the NZ pictures of
AECs...all photos in the South Island. Feel free to use them on the site for the enjoyment of all.
A little query......in latter years (after about
1967/68) most AEC trucks in NZ were badged as (dare I say it in present
company?) Leylands. Would you still be interested in photos of these...there is no
mistaking the vehicles' parentage.
Webmaster replies: Hmmmmmm...send them to us and we'll have a little
conference to decide. In the meantime everybody, enjoy these excellent

at least two others abandoned nearby, the trailers from which had been converted to full dog trailers and were being used to transfer product to the nearby
railhead. |
